Jocelyn and Chris

with guest Bo Elledge

With vocal comparisons to Janis Joplin and Grace Slick and guitar work likened to Jimi Hendrix and David Gilmour, Jocelyn & Chris and their band have charted three consecutive radio singles in the Billboard AAA Top 40, taken two records to #1 on the Jambands Top 30 Album Chart, and appeared nationally on NBC’s Today Show. The siblings, both recent graduates of Harvard University, have balanced college with performances coast to coast and recordings featuring special guests Cory Wong of Vulfpeck, G. Love, and Gov’t Mule’s Danny Louis. They’ve been featured at Sundance, Summerfest, SXSW, and on the main stage at Mountain Jam Music Festival, to name just a few, and garnered coverage from Baeble, Huffington Post, NowThis, Paste Magazine, Daily Mail, Cheddar TV, People, Jam in the Van, Hollywood Reporter, and numerous others. Their performances are a perfect blend of high-energy AAA rock and incredible audience engagement anchored by Jocelyn’s astonishing vocals.

This neo-folk, singer/songwriter focuses on acoustic groove, delivering powerful vocals and ripping harmonica melodies while strumming the guitar and playing foot percussion. This one-man-band approach was cultivated by life at the end of the map in Wyoming. His muse, the mountainous landscape and forests of the American West.

Bo also has almost a decade of fronting the Canyon Kids ( under his belt, but just released his first solo album, “Love & Good Luck”, in 2018. His music is catchy with big hooks that you will be humming the next day. With lyrics about the ups and downs of mountain town living, he combines his musicality with his unique experiences of the growing pains of taking the road less traveled to the least populated state.

Elledge switched it up in 2019 and moved to the heart of downtown Seattle. He has since released three singles, one of which was recently played on KEXP. However, the Covid-19 pandemic caused him to come back to Jackson, WY where he is currently stationed with his girlfriend Haley and two pups; Spud & Baker.

You can can expect 2021 releases from Bo and Canyon Kids. When live music returns you can expect to see them playing music regionally throughout Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, & Utah.

Some of the most notable critically acclaimed acts he has recently shared the stage with include: JJ Grey & Mofro, Lukas Nelson, Anderson East, Susto, White Denim, Hayes Carll, and The Infamous Stringdusters.
